Our Scenic Hotel Bay of Islands is located at the southern end of Paihia and has two fully equipped and air conditioned meeting rooms that can also be opened out to create one large space for larger conferences. With natural light and relaxed surroundings, the hotel has everything you'll need for a successful corporate or private function. Opened into one space, the Albacore and Kingfish Rooms are able to take 120 delegates seated theatre style; alternatively, they can be partitioned off by sound proof walls, for smaller meetings or events. We also have a dedicated functions team who ensure everything runs smoothly for you during your stay.
